Description
The traditional way to get Machu Picchu is by train. The departure is from the
San Pedro station in Cusco early in the morning. It takes nearly 3 hours and
a half to get to Aguas Calientes, following the course of Vilcanota River. In
Machu Picchu we have about 2 hours and a half for our guided tour and another
hour
and
a
half to explore the ruins individually. The train back to Cusco departs around
4:00pm.
