15th-19th October:Feria Agropecuaria in Viraco with Bullfights

El Señor de los Milagros

October 18th:Celebratios for the Señor de los Milagros occur during most of the month. Celebrations strongly resemble those held in Lima but on a less grand scale. The faithful dress in mauve during the moth of October and there are processions carrying the statue of the Lord throughout the city with the streets decorated with flower petals.
